Capturing data in the field is rarely as simple as answering a few questions, then submitting a record. At AppCan, we’re committed to servicing the most complex mobile data capture processes, and in our new release this month, we are pleased to include two simple-to-use, but effective solutions for where records require data inputs from multiple users.

Mobile-to-Mobile (M2M)

Users can now send partly completed records from one mobile device to another mobile device – perfect for remote assurance/approval processes. When a shared record is updated, the updates are visible to all users who share the record.

Portal-to-Mobile (P2M)

You can also now redirect previously submitted records in your AppCan portal to other mobile users – very useful for capturing follow-on works, or for other mobile users to close out actions or task instructions.
